Account Manager
As Key Account Manager, you will take responsibility for developing and executing strategic account plans to strengthen Miele’s retail presence and drive profitable growth. You will ensure Miele’s premium positioning across online and offline channels, elevate collaboration with retail partners and work cross-functionally to secure consistent, high-quality execution in all markets.
You will be based in Stockholm, report to the Nordic Sales Director and collaborate closely with the Nordic sales organisation, Category Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Planning, E-commerce, Finance and global KAM forums.
The key responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic medium- and long-term account plans that strengthen Miele’s premium position and drive profitable growth.
Lead commercial negotiations and identify opportunities to strengthen mutual value creation with retail partners.
Ensure consistent and high-quality execution across online and offline channels in collaboration with Trade Marketing and E-commerce teams.
Translate customer and market data into actionable insights to guide decisions, planning and performance improvements.
Drive forecasting, promotional planning and category development in close cooperation with internal stakeholders.
Act as the main commercial partner for retail organisations, building strong long-term relationships across all stakeholder levels.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Nordic and global teams to secure aligned execution, operational excellence and seamless customer experience.
Monitor performance targets (revenue, margin, market share and product mix) and ensure delivery in line with strategic and commercial goals.

Your experience and competencies
5+ years of experience in Key Account Management within retail-driven sectors such as consumer electronics, FMCG, SDA/MDA or similar consumer-driven industries.
Strong understanding of both online and offline retail environments, with an omnichannel mindset and experience supporting e-commerce execution.
Commercially sharp with strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into insights and concrete actions.
Excellent negotiator with a structured, long-term approach—credible, relationship-driven and able to influence multiple stakeholders.
Experience working in or with premium brands is an advantage, including comfort operating within a high-expectation, quality-driven environment.
Naturally collaborative, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to secure consistent execution and shared commercial outcomes.
Motivated by results, responsibility and building sustainable partnerships rather than short-term wins.
Fluent in Swedish and English, with the ability to travel when required.
